in 2007 that know the perils of the day to day business operations. We work with
business owners who are met with the challenges of not having enough working

A WORD FROM OUR FOUNDERS:
We started this business in 2007 because while running our own business for the previous 10 years, we experienced cash shortages in spite, or perhaps due to the fact, that we were successfully growing month over month. To our puzzlement, even though we had a great business model and were growing, the availability for funding was very limited. Jared and I sat back and realized that there were many successful business people in the same shoes with no ability to bridge short-term cash needs. This was the birth of Entrust Merchant Solutions. ABOUT OUR FOUNDERS
Ilya Fridman
Mr. Fridman brings ten years of financial experience in building a company from the ground up and turning it into a profitable business and investment opportunity. Prior to Entrust, Mr. Fridman founded the New York branch of Robbins & Lloyd Mortgage (“R&L”), a residential and commercial mortgage business, which he led and operated from 2003 to 2008. At R&L, Mr. Fridman was responsible for hiring and overseeing a 50-person staff comprised of mortgage originators, underwriters, and processors. In addition, Mr. Fridman was responsible for organizing all the sales and marketing efforts. During his tenure at R&L, the New York branch originated a $300 million annual mortgage pipeline. Prior to R&L, Mr. Fridman worked at Morgan Stanley. Mr. Fridman graduated from Hofstra University in 2001, with a B.A. in Banking and Finance.
Jared Maltz
Jared Maltz joined R&L as branch manager in 2005 and was directly involved in the expansion and growth of the business. Mr. Maltz established an R&L satellite office and was responsible for all day-to-day operations of the branch. Prior to R&L, Mr. Maltz was a loan officer with Sterling National Bank and a credit manager with Wells Fargo Financial. Mr. Maltz graduated from the University of Maryland in 2000 with a B.A
